  1. Primary responsibility is to support ticketing agents and online customers (first level support).
  2. Respond to questions from customers related to online ticket booking system via emails and calls.
  3. Become familiar with back end ticketing system and applications.
  4. Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
  5. Website update and event setup in system.
  6. Other duties as assigned by the Ticketing Manager.
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Self motivated with the ability to work independently with high degree of maturity, integrity & initiative.
  3. Pleasant personality.
  4. School leavers / fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Must have good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
  6. Preferably chinese candidate.


  1. Assist in general administrative matters and documentation filing
  2. Attend incoming calls and walk-in customer
  3. Assist on ticketing sales enquiries
  4. Servicing customers
  5. Taking orders and processing orders
  6. Prepare daily report for daily ticketing sale
  1. Min SPM
  2. Good communications & interpersonal skills.
  3. Skills required in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  4. Required Language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
  5. Computer literacy
  6. Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
  7. Customer service oriented.
  8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
